TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The client must provide parking and private changing facilities, if required for the performance.
2. Should an accident or illness prevent the performer from completing their contract, a replacement will be sought. If a replacement is unavailable, no fee will be due.
3. If the client wishes to cancel the agreement after the contract has been signed, the following cancellation fees apply:
• More than 1 month prior to performance date: 50%
• More than 1 week prior to performance date: 75%
• Less than 1 week prior to performance date: 100%
4. All fees are due within 30 days of completion of the contract.
5. If an event is postponed and the rescheduled date is unavailable, the client will be required to pay 50% of the agreed fees.
